She showed me many properties over a period of about 3 months, patiently listening to me think through pros and cons of each, and never once showing impatience or frustration. We always found something to laugh about. Near the end of my search, Kristen suggested that I look at a home that I had previously ruled out. When I walked in, I knew it was the right place. It met nearly all of my requirements and many preferences. Once there was an agreement to purchase, Kristen worked on my behalf and helped me connect with reliable contractors, banks, and inspectors.
