The coastal lifestyle is special to me, as I moved from Pennsylvania to Wilmington in 1993 to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW), where I majored in Geology and Geography. After graduation I worked for local land surveyors, working closely with real estate agents, builders and developers before becoming a full time real estate agent in 2002. I have seen the real estate market through the ups and downs as a real estate agent, and as someone who has bought and sold several personal properties. I can also connect you with local lenders, home inspectors and insurance agencies with whom many of my clients have depended on for answers supporting their decision making process.
My industry designations, including the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and the RSPS (Resort and Second Property Specialist) better equip me to specialize in your coastal real estate needs. I live at the beach with my husband and two sons. I am a founding board member on the Carolina Beach Mural Project. My husband and I organize and run Pleasure Island Youth Baseball.
