Just Sold in Carolina Beach

1080 Saint Joseph St Unit 3B is officially sold.

These buyers reached out over a year ago. They came to town to see a few properties. Nothing felt right at the time, but we stayed in touch.

When they came back to town, there still wasn’t anything on the market… but there was a furnished condo that had expired.

A quick call, a last-minute showing, and we were under contract.

There was an octopus sculpture inside made by my old roommate from Wrightsville Beach 26 years ago. Somehow, it made its way back to me at closing.
